The Philippine Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science, Inc. (PATLS) is pleased to announce that it will be electing its new set of Officers for the PATLS Executive Board 2018-2020.

 

PATLS is an association founded in 1964 which fundamental purpose is to develop and promote library education in the Philippines. It is open to all professionals who teach or who have taught Library and Information Science (LIS) subjects.

 

To be an Officer of PATLS, s/he must be:

• a member of PATLS,

• currently teaching LIS subjects in BLIS / MLIS degree, and

• committed to serve the Association for 2 years, and will have an active involvement in the planning and implementation of its activities and advocacies.
