Creative Techniques in Teaching Library and Information Science

The Philippine Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (PATLS) cordially invites you to a Lecture-Forum on “Creative Techniques in Teaching Library and Information Science” to be held on September 17, 2009 at Meeting Room 4, SMX Mall of Asia, Macapagal Avenue, Pasay City. Registration starts at 8:00 A.M. while the forum begins at 9:00 A.M. This forum aims to provide the information professionals, teachers and students in Library and Information Science with a venue to discuss the effective techniques in teaching the discipline. Our resource person is Dr. Allan de Guzman, Professor of Pedagogy and Research in the University of Santo Tomas. There will be a forum fee of Php150.00 for members, Php200.00 for non-members, and Php75.00 for undergraduate students. Forum fee is inclusive of snacks and certificates. We look forward to seeing you in the lecture-forum.
