PATLS 2017 LIS Enrichment Program: Mock Exam on LIS

The Philippine Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (PATLS), in connection with its annual LIS Enrichment Program, shall be administering a mock exam on library and information science (LIS) on Sunday, September 3, 2017 to be held at the Albertus Magnus Building, College of Education, University of Santo Tomas.

Below are the list of topics to be covered:

1. Library Organization and Management (including Institutional Foundations)

2. Reference, Bibliography and User Services

3. Abstracting and Indexing

4. Cataloguing and Classification (including Collection Management)

5. Selection and Acquisition

6. Information Technology

7. Archives and Records Management

Participants currently enrolled in the said LIS Enrichment Program do not need to register.

Other interested participants should fill-out the Online Registration Form to reserve a slot. Deadline to confirm participation is on 20 August 2017. A maximum number of 50 participants can be accommodated.

The mock exam fee is Php. 700.00. To ensure a slot, prepayment is required (on a "first come, first served" basis). Details on the prepayment will be sent through email.
